Size affects raw material consumption, weaving techniques, and packaging. Please indicate whether you will use Hede’s standard sizes or require custom dimensions.
Hede Standard In-Stock Sizes:
- Bath Towel: 140×70 cm, 150×70 cm, 160×80 cm, 180×90 cm, 185×100 cm
- Hand Towel: 74×33 cm, 80×40 cm
- Face Towel: 34×34 cm
For non-standard sizes, please confirm whether you accept minor adjustments. Otherwise, a custom sampling cost of $4000–$5000 may apply (this fee is deductible from future orders).
2. Order Quantity
Order quantity directly affects unit price. While we have no MOQ for in-stock items, we recommend the following minimums for custom orders:
- Bath Towels: 10,000 pcs
- Hand Towels: 50,000 pcs
- Face Towels: 100,000 pcs
We welcome smaller orders as well, but pricing may be higher per unit.
3. Product Weight (GSM)
Weight is a key cost driver and directly determines material usage.
Hede In-Stock Weight Ranges:
- Bath Towels: 380g–800g
- Hand Towels: 65g–140g
- Face Towels: 40g–65g
We can flexibly adjust the GSM of custom towels according to your needs.
4. Color Requirements
- For in-stock items, choose from pre-numbered colors (e.g., Clover Luxe offers 39 standard shades);
- Custom towels can be dyed in 60+ available colors;
- Dark black towels cost slightly more, but we are among the few factories capable of reliably producing true deep black towels;
- All colors are dyed by the largest dyeing facility in North China, with color fastness up to Grade 4–5.
5. Material Options
We default to using combed cotton from Northwest China—long fibers, low impurities, excellent absorbency and durability. Upon request, we also offer:
- Carded Cotton (more economical)
- Organic Cotton (for eco-friendly markets)
- Blends such as bamboo-cotton, modal
- Imported cotton from the U.S., Australia, Uzbekistan, India, Pakistan
