We offer flexible size options for both ready-stock and custom products:
Ready-stock sizes:
- Bath Towel: 140×70 cm (55×28 inch), 150×70 cm (59×28 inch), 180×90 cm (71×35 inch), 160×80 cm (63×32 inch), 185×100 cm (73×39 inch)
- Hand Towel: 74×33 cm (29×13 inch), 80×40 cm (32×16 inch)
- Face Towel: 34×34 cm (13×13 inch)
Custom sizes:
We can tailor sizes according to your specific needs and application scenarios.
(2) Quantity
Ready-stock products:
Our numbered ready-stock items have no minimum order quantity. Even one piece can be shipped.
Custom products:
Suggested starting quantities for custom orders (negotiable if needed):
- Bath Towel: 10,000 pcs minimum
- Hand Towel: 50,000 pcs minimum
- Face Towel: 100,000 pcs minimum
(3) Weight
You may refer to our existing product list for available weights.
For custom orders, we can accommodate weights ranging from 20g to 1200g, fully adjustable to your requirements.

Our dyeing facility supports over 2,000 color codes with high color fastness and eco-friendly certification.
You can provide Pantone codes or physical samples, and we will produce according to your reference.
(5) Material
We offer a wide range of yarn options to meet various market and usage needs:
- Combed cotton, regular cotton, organic cotton
- Blended yarns (e.g., bamboo-cotton, modal blends)
- Cotton origins include Xinjiang long-staple cotton, U.S. cotton, Australian cotton, Uzbek cotton, Indian cotton, Pakistani cotton, etc.
- Yarn counts include: 16S, 18S, 21S, 21S/2, 32S/2, 40S/2, and more
(6) Weaving Technique
We support various weaving and processing methods, commonly including:
- Plain weave: Ideal for minimalistic styles and fast-selling markets
- Jacquard: Enables complex patterns and logo customization, enhancing brand identity
- Dobby (multi-zone weave): Suitable for color-blocking or stripe designs
Special requests (e.g., velour, printing, embroidery) can be discussed in advance—we’ll tailor the best process plan for your needs.
(7) Logo Application
We offer a wide range of logo techniques, including:

Please provide vector files or high-resolution artwork. Our design team will assist with optimizing the graphics and preparing pre-production samples.
(8) Packaging
Our default packaging setup is as follows. If you have specific requirements, please inform us in advance:
- Outer carton size: Standard 80×35×70 cm five-layer kraft carton, strong and compression-resistant for international shipping
- Inner packaging: All products are packaged with a waterproof inner lining as standard
- Optional bag types:

(9) Price Terms (FOB/CIF/EXW)
Currently, about 99% of our clients choose FOB (Free on Board) terms.
We recommend FOB as it offers transparent pricing and avoids risks from fluctuating shipping costs.
If you prefer CIF, we can also provide separate quotes. Please note: we never profit from freight—we focus on long-term product-based partnerships.
EXW (Ex Works) is also supported. You’re welcome to pick up goods or designate your forwarder.
(10) Sample Lead Time
- Ready-stock samples: Usually shipped within 1–3 days
- Custom samples: Typically require 15–30 days
Custom samples involve machine setup, dyeing, and production testing, so we recommend scheduling in advance. Sample charges can be refunded upon placing a bulk order.
(11) Production Lead Time (Bulk Order)
The general production cycle is 30–45 days, depending on order quantity, craftsmanship complexity, and raw material preparation. We’ll discuss the timeline with you in detail to ensure a realistic and reliable delivery date.
(12) Shipping Method
We support ocean freight, air freight, land transport, and express delivery. Sample shipments can use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, and typically arrive within 7–10 days to major global destinations.
